55&5^th Grill restaurant is inspired by the address of the original St Regis New York. In addition, the resort’s signature restaurant has entered the “Big Band Era” with the arrival of the new South African resident band, The Jade Trio. It features the sensational vocalist, Jade McDonald along with Gerant Boje on bass and Andre Behnke on piano performing both classic and original Swing & Jazz swaying tunes.
