Power Recipes: Strawberry & Muesli Breakfast Smoothie

strawberry recipe2Strawberries are just incredible. Other than being used for a romantic gesture, they have quite a number of health benefits, which I will be sharing with you on my next post. As for now, here is a very simple yet nutritious breakfast smoothie. For more healthy smoothies, you can also checkout this Minty and fruity coconut-infused smoothie.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups skimmed milkstrawberry recipe3
  • 1 cup muesli
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • ½ Kg juicy strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  • Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with a bright single strawberry either on the rim or just float it on the smoothie.
  • Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
