Abu Dhabi just got healthier with the launch of ICONS Coffee Couture, which delights in their love for beautiful, healthy, and guilt-free desserts. This means if you live in the capital, you don’t have to make that journey to Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah for your favorite healthy Ice Cream Frappe.
In addition to the new store in Abu Dhabi, ICONS Coffee Couture, which is famous for their sugar-free and healthy eating concept, has exciting new additions to its menu. The delectable new treats include a healthy ice-cream bar, energizing salads, smoothies, Fruity Cream Frappes and the new natural FrozTeas.
For those of us always on the lookout for healthier alternatives to our favorite foods, the fashion and lifestyle coffee shop chain provides a flawless blend of fashion and food. And since summer is already knocking our doors down, the ICONS new au natural blended Ice Tea – FrozTeas – will have to role play as the perfect natural refreshment without any unhealthy additives.
According to Elena Weber, who is the founder of ICONS Coffee Couture, this revamped menu, visualized by Lara Allegra Lange – the lovely German Executive Chef of ICONS, is set to include not only a new assortment of smoothies, salads and fruity cream frappes, but also the much-awaited healthy ice-cream bar and FrozTeas. Each drink and dish has been crafted to provide a hearty fix to any sweet cravings without the sugar or the after-guilt!
Lara Allegra (the German Executive Chef of ICONS) adds that the recipes to the sweet and healthy treats include syrup, agave and dates, and, froyos and ice-creams that are a big hit with store’s clientele.
If you were to ever find your way there, Lara recommends the hot chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla or banana ice-cream topped with a chocolate drizzle. “The cake recipes are all naturally sweetened, without refined sugars. We use a hint of Stevia, a natural plant extract and sweetener (agave and dates) to give the recipes flavor.”
The new FrozTeas mentioned earlier are a blend of real fruit teas created in-house and sweetened with a touch of agave. How healthier can it get?
